My name is Michael Bray and I am a Service Delivery Manager here at Nimbus.
Before joining Nimbus, I was a Service Delivery Manager at SSP a software house, supplying the insurance industry and looking after clients such as Legal & General whilst managing the IT service for them.
I joined Nimbus because I was looking for a new challenge for myself, from the first moment I spoke to people here I was certain that it was somewhere that I wanted to work. They presented a more family style business which was a lot different from the multi-national companies I had previously worked in for many years, this made me feel like I would be a valued employee.
The atmosphere and family feeling run’s throughout Nimbus which really makes you feel part of the company. I work alongside some excellent people with varying skill sets, which has helped me to understand other areas as well.
In the past, I have been almost predominantly supporting applications in my roles as a Service Delivery Manager. This role has allowed me to expand my knowledge and look at the desktop side of Service which is new to me.
All in all, this has been an excellent move for me and I am very much enjoying the company and my role, I look forward to where the future takes me.
